This workshop is exclusively for practitioners. It is covers the stress response system, what stress looks like, and the impact of stress on the mind and body. We will explore a number of resources that offer ways of regulating the nervous system to bring in a sense of balance.
The workshop is very experiential by nature and has a blend of creative visualisations, guided mindfulness meditations and practices, with each designed to enhance wellbeing of the practitioner. The aim of the day is for practitioners to have an opportunity to relax and renew.
