Child / Play Therapy

Child Psychotherapy / Play Therapy Play therapy helps children express thoughts and feelings, developing self esteem and confidence.

Children communicate through the world of play. Play Therapy is a beautiful, non-intrusive and effective way to help children work through emotional, psychosocial and behavioural difficulties.

Play is a child's natural form of self expression. This form of therapy is usually held in a playroom that has a range of carefully selected toys and materials providing an opportunity for the child to 'play out' feelings and problems.
